National Chemical Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Centre, affiliating to China National Chemical Information Centre nowadays, established with approval of the Ministry of Chemical Industry In 1992.The aim of work is to serve government, society and industry, to contribute to the progress about energy saving and emission reduction in chemical industry though concentrating government resources, domestic or foreign various resources in this country, popularizing economic and reasonable environmental protection technologies which cover prevention and control of pollution , clean production, comprehensive utilization of resources.
